These terms govern your use of our website and the printing services we provide. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Megha Printers website and any printing services we provide to you. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Megha Printers provides commercial printing and finishing services to businesses and individuals in the United States. We offer offset printing, digital printing, wide-format printing, and a range of finishing services as described on our website. Service availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
An order is not accepted until we have confirmed it in writing (by email or phone) and received the required deposit or payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders for content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes on third-party rights.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once a proof is approved, any errors in the final printed material that were present in the approved proof are the customer's responsibility.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping costs. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for orders where final specifications differ materially from what was originally quoted.
Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation. We typically require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards and business checks for qualifying accounts.
Turnaround times quoted at the time of order represent our good-faith production estimate and begin when we have received final approved files, completed print-ready proofing, and confirmed payment. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, customer file issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production capacity and are subject to additional fees.
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We offer a complimentary pre-press review with every order, during which we flag obvious technical issues. However, this review does not constitute a guarantee that all errors will be identified — particularly issues related to content, spelling, grammar, or design intent.
Files must be provided in accepted formats (typically PDF, TIFF, or EPS). We are not responsible for output quality resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect color profiles, improper bleeds, or other file preparation issues that fall outside industry standard specifications.
By submitting files and content for printing, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Megha Printers and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submitted content.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order has a verifiable production defect — meaning a defect in our workmanship or materials that was not present in the approved proof — we will reprint the affected portion of the order at no additional charge.
Returns and reprints are not available for orders where the issue stems from customer-approved proofs, customer-supplied files, or changes requested after production has begun. All quality concerns must be reported to us within 10 business days of delivery.
We ship via standard commercial carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit, though we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are added to the final invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory — shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
